FLORIDA'S JUDGMENT RECOVERY SPECIALISTS

How we do it

There are thousands of judgment holders like yourself that have not collected.  This is how we can help you Get Back what is rightfully yours!

After hundreds of assigned judgments, we are confident to say that if we can’t get your money back, then no one can.  We relentlessly keep after the debtor until they pay.

NO RECOVERY NO FEE

Although we are not attorneys, we use them in court when needed.   We legally enforcement civil judgments the same way that you can.  You either don't have the time or know where to begin to enforce your judgment.

We have learned the complicated legal actions and county processes that compel debtors to pay.

You have the legal right to assign your judgment to us for enforcement as our own. We have access to private data bases and investigate to locate your debtor and any of their assets like place of employment and bank accounts.  Among some of the legal actions we do are garnish wages and bank accounts, order debtor’s examinations, ensure to cloud real property titles, ordered Fact Information Sheets, Request to Produce documents, issue subpoenas and we love to get them before the judge if necessary.

When the debtor pays us, we send you a check for the amount we agreed upon per our purchase agreement.

It is always better to receive something than ZERO!

Next is to understand how easy the assignment process is.

All is completed via U.S. mail or Email if you have a scanner.

  • First, we send you a packet with two documents to complete and sign.  They are the "Assignment of Judgment" and the "Purchase Agreement".
  • You will notarize the "Assignment of Judgment" and return to us to be filed with the court so that we can legally enforce the judgment as our own.
  • The "Purchase Agreement" is the legal document detailing the agreement between you and my company.
  • Place both documents into the self addressed and stamped envelope and return to my office.

Now let us get to work!  It's that easy.
